Charles is a tested and certified Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers, Inc. In addition, he holds the Certified Senior Appraiser (CSA) designation with the Equipment Appraisers Association of North America (EAANA).
Charles has over fifteen years' hands-on experience in the mechanical and marine maintenance industries. In addition, he has over twenty-five years of varied industrial, commercial, retail and inventory appraisal and assessment experience:
Charles has provided valuation services for government agencies at many levels, including: General Services Administration, Small Business Administration, Resolution Trust Corporation, Internal Revenue Service, various Departments of Transportation, Redevelopment Authorities, Office of Thrift Supervision, Regional Airport Authorities, Municipalities, Industrial Development Corps. and others.
Mr. Dixon is a co-author of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation's Right-of-Way manual, 2002 Edition. He is an ASA course instructor as well as a seminar presenter at various ASA local chapter and national level meetings.
Charles has appeared as an expert witness with court testimony in United States Bankruptcy Court, Pennsylvania, Connecticut; Connecticut Superior Court, various county and municipal courts and Boards of View.
